Wellness at WORQ- How to Achieve Work-Life Balance

On average, work takes up one third of our daily life. Some of us may have longer working hours, some less. If you’re always on the run, are there times you feel like this-

  • That your work is endless and there’s never enough time?
  • Or you’re always rushing for datelines that you don’t catch enough rest?
  • Exhausted, falling sick more often and getting less excited with work

Yes, work is important but so are other aspects of our life. Sometimes we get too caught up with work that we tend to neglect other parts of our life such as relationships, health and personal growth which contribute a lot to our work performance and business success. If you find yourself overworking and you would like to have less stress while still able to juggle between work and personal life, do join us on 27th March 6pm to understand more on how you can balance between personal time and creating meaningful purposeful work.

In this one hour, we’ll have some sharing, exercise to find out your current health level in work and personal life followed by simple guided relaxation exercise that you can apply anytime, even at work.

Registration fee for walk-in will be RM20, so do register earlier to secure your spot. See you there!
