Wellness at WORQ- How to Achieve Work-Life Balance
On average, work takes up one third of our daily life. Some of us may have longer working hours, some less. If you’re always on the run, are there times you feel like this-

Sometimes we get too caught up with work that we tend to neglect other parts of our life such as relationships, health and personal growth which contribute a lot to our work performance and business success. In this one hour, we’ll have some sharing, exercise to find out your current health level in work and personal life followed by simple guided relaxation exercise that you can apply anytime, even at work.
